📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical and electrical maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability of equipment.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules using SAP PM and other relevant software.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production processes.
• Monitor maintenance costs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and conduct regular safety audits.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance coordination.
• Proven experience with SAP PM, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard maintenance software.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, and instrumentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
