📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of the café and bakery, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer complaints.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer service.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and attractive café and bakery environment.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Work closely with the corporate office to ensure consistency in brand and operations across all locations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the café and bakery industry.
  • Strong understanding of business management and operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of success in managing staff and improving sales performance.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and with minimal supervision.
