📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to help them achieve their goals.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure a steady flow of business.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage the branch's budget, ensuring it is used effectively and efficiently.,Attend and participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or service industry.,A strong understanding of the retail or service industry and the ability to apply this knowledge to improve branch performance.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and customers.,Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.,Fluency in Indonesian is essential, with English being a bonus.
