📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, customer analysis, and strategic planning.

Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Report on business development activities and KPIs to senior management.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional connections.

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a similar role.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
