CV Terang Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Makassar. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet coordination and a passion for driving efficiency and safety in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's vehicle fleet.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Oversee fuel and lubricant inventory, and manage procurement processes.,Assist in the preparation and submission of reports related to fleet activities.,Support the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the training and development of junior fleet staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
