📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain vehicle schedules, ensuring timely and efficient operations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Assist in the maintenance and servicing of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, implementing strategies to improve efficiency.,Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance and maintenance.,Provide support in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and servicing.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Ability to travel as required by the role.
