📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Support the HR manager in conducting performance appraisals and employee development programs.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
