📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance.
• Control inventory and budget to ensure profitability.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and handle customer complaints.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to implement operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing restaurant operations and staff.
