In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic financial advice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial advice to support business growth and decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
