📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all culinary operations and ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards.,Develop and maintain menus that align with customer preferences and industry trends.,Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high performance and standards.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Lead the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Monitor food costs and contribute to budgeting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen teams and ensuring food quality.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Experience with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field (preferred but not required).
