Cafe Fitri Gadget is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for the tech gadget industry. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels and ordering processes.,Drive sales growth through promotional activities and customer engagement.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Monitor store performance metrics and report to management.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the tech gadget industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management software.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
