📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.
  • Conduct phone interviews and schedule on-site interviews.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Support the recruitment team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and ATS.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Passionate about recruitment and eager to learn and grow in the field.
