📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Ensure high standards of food and service quality.,Oversee staff training and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics.,Assist in menu development and cost control.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.,Manage shift schedules and staffing levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and food service industry.,Fluent in both English and Indonesian.,Valid ID and work permit (if applicable).
