📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, and work towards resolutions.,Oversee the payroll process and ensure accuracy and timeliness.,Coordinate with management to ensure a positive work environment and a productive workforce.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll processes and practices.
