📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the talent acquisition process from start to finish.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job criteria.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
