📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric tools such as Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI.
• Optimize data workflows to ensure efficient and scalable data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Implement data governance and security best practices to protect sensitive information.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for data engineering.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on Microsoft Fabric or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions, such as Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, or AWS equivalents.
• Certification in Microsoft Fabric or related technologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
