Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.,Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement operational plans and budgets.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and methodologies as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
