As our Plant Administration Officer, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of heavy equipment operations and plant administration. Your daily tasks will involve overseeing equipment maintenance schedules, coordinating with vendors for repairs and servicing, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be involved in project planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal plant performance.

• Provide training and support to operational staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plant administration or heavy equipment operations.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and operation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver’s license and experience operating heavy machinery.
