📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to prevent stockouts and overstocks.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet their procurement needs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes.
  • Provide regular reports on procurement activities and performance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
