📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct job interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
