📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct credit risk assessments for business clients, including evaluating creditworthiness, financial performance, and risk exposure.,Develop and implement credit risk management policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.,Monitor and analyze credit risk exposure, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.,Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, portfolio management, and compliance, to ensure effective risk management.,Assist in the development and maintenance of credit risk models and frameworks.,Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and staff on credit risk management best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks in the credit risk landscape.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.,8-10 years of experience in credit risk analysis, with a focus on business banking.,Strong knowledge of credit risk management principles, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.,Proficiency in credit risk modeling and analysis tools, such as Excel, SAS, or similar software.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
