Changi General Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our Infectious Diseases (TB Programme) team. This is a contract role with a focus on managing and leading our TB programme, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and adherence to international standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the TB programme, including patient management, treatment adherence, and programme evaluation. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and public health specialists, to deliver effective and efficient care.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about infectious diseases, particularly TB, and has a proven track record in programme management and leadership. Oversee the management and delivery of the TB programme, ensuring adherence to international guidelines and standards.Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, and public health specialists.Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and programme efficiency.Conduct regular programme evaluations and make data-driven decisions to improve programme performance.Collaborate with local and international partners to enhance programme delivery and impact.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and hospital policies.Provide clinical leadership and support to the medical team.Participate in continuous professional development and training activities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Public Health, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in infectious diseases, particularly TB, in a leadership or management role.Proven track record of programme management and leadership in a healthcare setting.Strong understanding of international guidelines and standards for TB programme management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Knowledge of local regulations and policies relevant to infectious diseases and TB programme management.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.🛠️ Keahlian
