📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HR metrics and reporting.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
