📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs,Mentor and guide junior instructors to ensure consistent quality of training,Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes,Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and other training events,Evaluate and improve existing training materials and methods

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching or training,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture,Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations,Certification in training and development (preferred),Experience in conducting workshops and seminars (preferred)
