📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure efficient and reliable operations.,Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company's data and systems.,Collaborate with other IT staff to develop and implement new technologies and solutions.,Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and best practices to ensure the company's technology is current and effective.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.,Experience with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
