📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure that the store is well-stocked and that all products are displayed attractively to maximize sales.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Participate in inventory audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Understanding of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is an advantage.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
