📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance, sales, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement company-wide initiatives and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management software.,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
