📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant regulations.
• Oversee general affairs functions such as facilities management and administrative support.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Manage payroll and benefits administration.
• Ensure a safe and secure work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Over 5 years of experience in HR and general affairs.
• Proven experience in managing business processes and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information System) such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Certification in HR management or relevant field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
