📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and oversee the daily activities of the logistics team, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and optimize logistics operations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics processes and enhance overall efficiency.
• Manage and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers and transportation partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of logistics operations.
• Train and mentor junior staff to ensure a high level of professionalism and competence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
