In this role, you will work closely with our national sales team to ensure that our products are distributed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily operations of the branch office, including inventory, sales, and customer service.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Coordinate with national sales team to ensure efficient distribution of products.
• Manage inventory levels, order new stock as needed, and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both existing and potential.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with sales management software such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
• Must be willing to relocate to Kabupaten Tangerang.
