📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of critical infrastructure projects
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and community leaders
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
• Conduct feasibility studies and environmental impact assessments for new projects
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks
• Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in infrastructure development
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, architects, and project managers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure development, with a proven track record of success
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and other applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
