📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the appliance manufacturing and logistics teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the appliance manufacturing and logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems like SAP or Oracle, and logistics management software such as JDA or Manhattan Associates.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant operational methodologies is a plus.
